He has a degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and has been in marketing since 1992. During his years in real estate he sharpened his innate negotiating skills and dealt with complex transactions. His innovative and customized approach to marketing resulted in extremely quick sales, on occasion presenting offers to his clients within 48 hours of putting those properties on the market.
He is a Bay area native with extensive experience in Southern Marin and in upscale properties, offering full service, including managing a team of contractors, stagers, interior decorators and other professionals.
During recent tough recession times, his low pressure yet relentless approach combined with his flexibility and efficiency positioned him among the top producers in Marin. In 2009 he achieved Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society status, which is awarded to the top 7% realtors internationally.
